Shekinah Christian Fellowship is welcoming the new year with a 21-day consecration of “no meat, no sweets”. Consecration is defined as the act of setting apart or dedicating oneself to God.
By giving God a special sacrifice during the first month of the year, we believe God will respond with his favor for the remainder of the year.
It is important while on any consecration to meditate upon the word of God, and it can be helpful to have a theme. Our 2019 theme is “WE BELIEVE”. Our scriptures for meditation are:

During this time of intentionality and communion with God, prayerfully consider a curtailment of unnecessary shopping 🛍, entertainment 🎥, and social media activities that are non-edifying.
