Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the customizr domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. I Can’t Hide it Anymore

Sermon Scripture: Exodus 2:1-10

God partners with us when we are willing to strip away all pretense of our perfection so that he can reveal his hidden and real power to bring good in the midst of evil. God’s active presence, although it might be concealed, is our advantage and our relationship with God will eventually become larger than our ability to hide it from others. This allows us to experience partnership with God in a way that unveils compassion in unlikely places that causes us to prosper.

Point #1: Even in crisis we are capable of conceiving and creating good. Verse 2:2 The woman conceived and bore a son; and when she saw that he was a fine baby, she hid him three months.

Prophetic Confession #1: Great King, thank you reminding us that we can conceive and create good even while we are in crisis.

Point #2: Preparation doesn’t have to be perfect but it should demonstrate that we care. Verse 2:3 When she could hide him no longer she got a papyrus basket for him, and plastered it with bitumen and pitch; she put the child in it and placed it among the reeds on the bank of the river.

Prophetic Confession #2: Son of God, thank you for the humility to prepare with care what we may not be able to bring to a perfect conclusion.

Point #3: God can unveil compassion in unexpected places. 2:6 When she opened it, she saw the child. He was crying, and she took pity on him.

Prophetic Confession #3: Holy Spirit, thank you for the miracle of compassion showing up in unexpected places reminding us that you are there.
