August 16 – Saul’s Attempts on David’s Life

There are two sons who had very different mindsets and aspirations. One thing that is clear is that the father was kind and full of compassion.

Just as Christ submitted His will to the Father, we honor Christ by following His example. When we submit to God, we become more willing to obey his command to submit to others.
