The church is an essential community bonded together by God to lovingly worship Christ and to administer care to one another in mutual affection. We are free from having to erect personalities to hide our wounds behind barriers of independence or seek attention through codependence. In Christ, we can celebrate our interdependence by recognizing, valuing, and appreciating the sacred bond that God has gifted us with as embodied through Holy Communion.
