During Paul’s day, Greek culture was dominant and the Greeks were proud of their wisdom. Because of this atmosphere, the Corinthian believers were subject to following human wisdom which resulted in dividing the church. In this week’s lesson, Paul encouraged the Christians in Corinth to avoid trusting in human wisdom and focus on God’s wisdom.

Glory to God for an awesome lesson presented and captured at its truths. Truths that spoke to my heart is when we do not recognize our sin; the significance of fearing God; battles ahead and failures behind; walking in God’s Word knows the blessings of living; reference to Psalm 119:1-8; hold fast to the standards of God when its not popular: God is Holy and He is Love; and understanding God’s wrath. Hallelujah!
Thank you, Elder Janice, Sis. Brittenne, and Minister Raufu. Blessings to you all for the righteous feeding. Amen!
