1. Disciple – a follower of Jesus who is fully committed to learning, loving, and living
his ways.
2. Explore Eight Different aspects of a mature disciple.
o Worshipping Faithfully
o Listening Actively
o Serving Sacrificially
o Giving Generously
o Growing Transformationally
o Discipling Diligently
o Caring Communally
o Loving Intentionally
3. Assess the areas that you are doing well in and to discern areas where you sense
God may want you to grow.
4. Examine supporting scriptures and behavioral expressions.
5. The Eight Different aspects of a material can be described as the following:
o Worshipping Faithfully – Experiencing a deep and intimate relationship with
God
o Listening Actively – Listening to the Holy Spirit and taking action
o Serving Sacrificially – Doing good works even when it’s difficult
o Giving Generously – Stewarding your resources to contribute faithfully to
God’s kingdom
o Growing Transformationally – Changing inside and out for the glory of Christ
o Discipling Diligently – Making followers of Jesus better
o Caring Communally – Advocating for hopeful change in the community you
live and beyond
o Loving Intentionally – Reflecting God’s merciful heart as we engage with
others in loving relationships
